Sis Belinda Alcopra Reponte, a volunteer from the Apo Global Foundation, visited an evacuation center in Saguiaran, Lanao del Sur to distribute slippers to the evacuees. She asked the people present to show their hands if they needed slippers, and the response was overwhelming. The evacuation center was filled with people who had fled their homes due to the ongoing conflict in Marawi. The evacuees were living in cramped conditions and were in desperate need of basic necessities, such as food, water, and clothing. The slippers distributed by Sis Belinda may seem like a small thing, but they can make a significant difference in the lives of these people.

s part of their mission to provide aid and assistance to those in need, a group of volunteers had come together to produce a lot of pairs of slippers in the shape of the letter "G." The "G" stood for "Global," a symbol of their commitment to reaching people all around the world who were facing difficult circumstances. As they distributed the slippers, the volunteers were touched by the gratitude and appreciation of the people they met. For many of these individuals, a simple pair of slippers was a luxury they could not afford. The volunteers were proud to be able to offer them this small comfort, and to see the joy it brought to their faces.
